When you bring your pet to Shampooch, you can be reassured that your pet is in great and loving hands. Our entire staff are pet owners themselves and treat all of our guests with the same love that they give to their own. We believe that our pets deserve the best care that can be provided, so we ensure to listen to our customers instructions as to the grooming style, products used, perfume for the top coat and any other treatment. We also provide boarding services for both cats and small dogs.  Our animals are cared for just as the owner suggests, from how many walks per day to the amount of food they are given. We encourage our customers to bring their pets' food and toys, so that the pets feel right at home.

Our facility is heated and conditioned according to the weather and indoor temperature in order to make your pets feel comfortable.  We keep all of our equipment and the Salon itself neat, clean and disinfected. Your pets' welfare is our prime concern.

We do not use sedatives for any of our procedures.  Our groomers have been professionally trained to deal with various breeds. If your pet is aggressive, we will muzzle it for a short period of time, in order for our groomers to do their best job and be safe. If your pet cannot be contained by our staff, we will call you immediately to have your pet be picked up, as it can potentially cause danger to our staff and other animals.  For older animals, or animals with any serious medical conditions, such as heart problems, we encourage the owners to be present during the grooming process, as it will keep the pet calm.

We also sell top brand products for the treatment and care of your pet at home. We carry a wide variety of eye and ear treatments, anti-itching sprays, breath fresheners and spa products for skin and odor. Additionally, we also carry assorted accessories for your pets. These products include leashes, collars, harnesses, toys, various pet fashion garments, puppy pads, brushes and much more.
